We work with over 100 domestic and foreign insurance companies, managing general agents, and dozens of regional and national self-insured corporations.
You will have an “associate” level title. At our sole discretion, we consider promotions from within after 6-7 years of being a lawyer in the industry, your productivity is excellent, are employed full time with at least a few years with Resnick & Louis, and you are independently handling your cases and clients well.

The ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following defense areas: bodily injury, construction defect, professional liability, insurance coverage, bad faith, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment.
Qualifications and Compensation:
Minimum 5 years of insurance defense experience in Nevada. Salaries and total compensation packages discussed during interviews.
