Are you a driven and experienced litigation attorney with a passion for insurance coverage law? We’re seeking a bright, ambitious, and highly motivated attorney with 3+ years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence
- Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
- Review case documents and prepare for litigation
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and mediations
- File legal documents with courts in a timely manner
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New Mexico (additional admissions a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance coverage litigation
- Strong academic background and solid work history
