Up to £100,000 + Hybrid + Bonuses

Experience: 1+ Year PQE

What You’ll Be Doing
Be the Go-To Advisor
:
Support insolvency practitioners across all aspects of administration, liquidation, and receivership.
Handle the Hard Stuff
:
Navigate both contentious and non-contentious cases—litigation, dispute resolution, and more.
Lead with Strategy
:
Offer forward-thinking advice on complex insolvency scenarios, with a commercial edge.
Draft With Precision
:
Prepare insolvency applications, legal agreements, and strategic documentation.
Show Up in Court
:
Represent clients confidently in hearings, negotiations, and settlements.
Collaborate Across Teams
:
Work alongside property, litigation, and financial services colleagues to deliver all-round legal solutions.

What You’ll Bring
A qualified solicitor with 1+ year PQE in corporate insolvency
Solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
A deep understanding of insolvency law and business recovery strategy
Strong drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
A collaborative mindset and commercial approach
