What You’ll Do
Provide expert legal advice on a variety of issues including contracts, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
⚖️ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect the organization’s interests.
️ Manage litigation processes and liaise with external counsel when necessary.
Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and industry standards.
Collaborate with various departments to address legal concerns effectively.
Develop internal policies and training programs to promote compliance awareness.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
✅ Minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate legal environment.
✅ Strong understanding of corporate governance and risk management principles.
✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
