This will be a 6 month contract on a renewable basis.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted legal adviser to senior business leaders in Korea, providing pragmatic, risk‑balanced guidance on strategic initiatives
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships
- Advise on product development and evolving regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation
- Manage and oversee disputes and legal proceedings across a range of practice areas
- Partner closely with regional and global legal teams in a matrixed environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ post‑qualification experience as a Korean‑qualified lawyer
- Experience gained in a top‑tier law firm and/or a fast‑paced multinational or technology‑driven company
- Native‑level Korean and strong business‑level English (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to manage complex legal matters independently, including regulatory advice, commercial negotiations, and disputes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders
