Job Description :
Responsible for handling the settlement of labor cases both internally and externally , establishing relationships harmonious industrial relations with Labor Unions, and review of agreements related to employment/outsourcing, as well as Collective Labor Agreements (PKB)
· Business Performance and Management
· Resolving employment cases internally in accordance with applicable regulations
· Maintaining relationships with the Trade Unions at CIMB Niaga so as to create managed and conducive industrial relations
· Reviewing the CIMB Niaga Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) regularly
· Provide input to other work units related to labor regulations , including review of work agreements & provide several alternative solutions that are relatively suitable
· Handle Employment Cases externally, between Manpower and Transmigration Office / Industrial Relations Court / Supreme Court as well as correspondence with other institutions such as OJK , BI, DPR/DPRD
· Reviewing employment-related agreements such as PKWT, PKWTT, Outsourcing Agreements, Development Program Agreements
· Conduct investigation into alleged employee violation
· Handling permit application to the relevant authorities
Job Qualification :
· Min Bachelor Degree Law Graduates or Relevant
· Mastery of the Manpower Law and its derivatives
· Understanding of the Criminal Code, Civil Code, HIR/RBG, Banking Law, especially those related to employment
· Experience in court and mediation
