Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Relations Officer role located in Indonesia at PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk. The Industrial Relations Officer will be responsible for handling labor relations, employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. They will also develop and implement HR policies related to industrial relations and work closely with management to address workplace issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
Experience in similar role or internships experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of industrial relations and employment law.
Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang.
