Job Description
Control over the company’s activities in the field of labor relations in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation.
Maintaining a working organizational structure, staffing, updating and making changes as necessary.
Development of policies and procedures in the field of HR records management in accordance with the requirements of legislation and internal local procedures; Update policies and procedures as needed. Ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and procedures of the company.
Monitor acts for compliance with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of management of social and labor relations (personnel audit);
Control of the correctness of the company’s personnel records management; Conducting quarterly audits and reporting to management.
Control of the availability of job descriptions for employees, assistance to heads of departments to prepare them
Participation in the resolution of disputable/conflict issues arising with personnel; Regulation, prevention and prevention of labor disputes.
Advise managers on personnel issues.
Supporting the work of the conciliation commission.
Monitor the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal requirements; Final approval of the RPV before payment.
Ensure the receipt of the necessary permits when attracting and dismissing foreign personnel.
Interact with outsourcers and outstaffing companies on the provision of personnel.
Atomization and improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications
Higher education in Law/Labor Law/Economics
More than 8 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager/HR Manager
Managerial experience
Expert knowledge of RK Laboe Legislation
Good command of English and Kazakh languages
Additional Information
Salary is discussed individually;
Annual Bonus;
5/2 working week, 9 am-6 pm;
50% of working time in business trips over Kazakhstan locations;
Comfortable office in Almaty.
