Responsibilities:
Organize and control workplace regulations and litigation, union and government affairs, consulting and education in the field of industrial relations in order to create harmony and industrial peace.
Assisting business for any industrial issues and educate line manager about industrial relations
Control Industrial relations conflict resolution business & functional line
Execute workplace regulation, litigation and IR practices
Fostering good relationship with all employee and unions, government.
Qualifications:
Minimum education is: Bachelor Degree (S1)
Has experience in the field of industrial relations at least 5 years (Lead) or 2 years (Specialist).
Has ability to manage employee relations
Has excellent knowledge of Employee Relations
Has ability to manage all industrial relations practices
Has excellent knowledge of industrial relations subject including labor law
Has good communication skills & negotiation skill
