Industrial Disease Paralegal – Birmingham – Hybrid – up to £35,000

In this role, you will manage a caseload of industrial disease claims, including Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome, Short Tail, and Noise-Induced Hearing Loss matters. Your responsibilities will include investigating liability and quantum, drafting and reviewing documentation, and reviewing relevant records. You’ll work closely with an experienced team, ensuring high-quality and accurate outputs, while benefit ting from strong mentorship, structured training, and clear professional development opportunities.
This position offers hands‑on exposure to technically complex cases within a supportive and collaborative environment, making it an ideal role for a Paralegal looking to grow their expertise in industrial disease claims.
The Candidate
- Paralegal with experience assisting on or managing a caseload of industrial disease files
- Strong understanding of the litigation process
- Familiarity with Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome, Short Tail, or Noise-Induced Hearing Loss claims
- Strong academic background
- Able to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage a diverse caseload
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
