Our personal injury firm is looking for an outstanding spanish-speaking individual to join our client coordination team. Our client coordinators are the main points of contact between the law firm and it’s clients. This position will be responsible for maintaining positive client communication, obtaining client information and records, and facilitating communication between the law firm and treating physicians. Previous personal injury experience is preferred.
This position will:
Manage your own case load of clients
Reach out to clients on a weekly basis
Sending out emails, faxes, etc.
Assist clients in finding prescribed medical treatment
Ensure that every case is being handled efficiently and with the highest levels of service
Successful candidates will be:
Those with prior experience working in Personal Injury
Individuals who are highly motivated and can be trusted to work with minimal supervision
Able to work well in a team
Those with an eye for detail
Efficient workers who can handle multiple tasks
Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
