Who should apply?
This role is ideal for experienced lawyers in practice or industry with the following qualifications:
Qualified solicitor in Ireland, trained in a large firm, with 3-4 years PQE
Experience in contract negotiations
Interest in progressing within a growing company
Ability to thrive in an unstructured role
Preferred candidates will have international legal experience (US & UK)
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be an integral part of this large legal and commercial team with responsibilities including:
Leading contract negotiations with current and potential clients
Providing legal advice on a variety of commercial matters
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
Advising the business on risk management
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives
Managing external legal counsel as required
