We are looking for an In-house Legal Counsel for our office in Madrid, reporting to the General Counsel (Head of Legal at the Energy Division).
Job Mission:
Legal advice on finance, M&A, commercial operations and corporate law.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Double Degree in Law and Business Administration, preferably.
Experience: With at least 5 years of experience in tier 1 law firms advising on finance and M&A transactions and legal advice in international renewable energy projects (energy, water, infra).
Lenguages: English (C1 level) proven.
International Movility: Availability to travel.
Description of the main duties:
Finance and M&A legal advice.
Corporate matters.
Produce, advise and review all kind of agreements (SPA, Project & Asset Finance, PPA, DSA, EPC, O&M).
