An international tech-driven telco is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to join its high-performing business in Amsterdam.
This is a rare chance to be at the heart of global expansion, advising across telecoms, platform regulation (DSA, DMA), GDPR, NIS2, and MVNO licensing – in a company that’s scaling fast across 40+ jurisdictions.
You’ll work closely with product, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders to guide the business through licensing, cross-border compliance, and the rollout of next-generation connectivity solutions.
The Opportunity
Advise on EU telecoms regulation (EECC), roaming, spectrum, and licensing across multiple markets
Lead on DSA, DMA, GDPR, and NIS2 compliance
Manage license applications in expansion territories
Partner with product and commercial teams on regulatory risk in new markets
Coordinate responses to regulatory authorities and public consultations
Track EU-level regulatory developments and translate them into actionable projects
What We’re Looking For
4–8 PQE lawyer, qualified in the US, UK, or EU
Background at a top-tier law firm, regulator, or in-house at a tech/telco
Deep knowledge of EU telecoms & digital regulation
