A leading international law firm is looking for an In House Lawyer to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for a seasoned in-house compliance professional or a solicitor with strong commercial experience who is ready to transition to an in-house role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support on client engagement terms, including reviewing and negotiating outside counsel guidelines, framework agreements, RFPs, and tender documentation.
Lead the review and negotiation of supplier agreements, including due diligence processes and key commercial terms.
Advise on legal matters related to technology partnerships and innovation projects involving third-party solutions.
Offer guidance and oversight to junior legal team members involved in commercial and compliance work.
Contribute to internal training initiatives, including onboarding sessions for new staff members.
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
Demonstrable expertise in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for non-legal colleagues and senior stakeholders.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and document management tools in a remote working environment.
