Overview
In House Lawyer (Board Position) Jobs in Boston, MA at Assad Enterprises
Litigation Partners Wanted — Remote | Flexible | Real Pay for Real Results
Spoiler alert: this might ruin every other job post for you. Come on in — the water’s warm.
We hope you’ve found the most unique law firm job post you’ve seen yet. If you’re looking for a traditional post full of corporate buzzwords and billable hour quotas… This isn’t it.
We encourage you to get comfy and read this all the way through before blasting off your resume like everyone else does. It might change the way you think about practicing law.
We’re The Covenant Law Group LLP, and we focus on first-party property damage insurance claims from the East Coast to Hawaii — hailstorms, plumbing leaks, tornadoes, hurricanes, and fire damage. Our mission? Hold insurance companies accountable when they delay, deny, or defend underpay valid claims.
We’re not your traditional firm. We’re fighters for policyholders. Warriors against insurance abuse and we’re looking to team up with attorneys who want to litigate serious cases — without being stuck in a rigid, outdated system.
What This Is Not
Not a 9–5 desk job
Not billable-hour madness
Not an associate role or salary-seeker’s paradise
Not a stuffy firm with office politics and paper pushing
What This Is
A remote-first, flexible opportunity to litigate high-stakes cases
A way to grow your income and practice without chasing clients or hiring staff
A chance to plug into real infrastructure that supports, not controls you
A place to do meaningful legal work, on your terms, with people who get it
Who We’re Looking to Join Forces With…
We grew about 200% last year and we want to do that again this year. We have specific states we are ready to expand into. So, you’re a licensed attorney in at lease one of the following states. MO, IL, IN, OK, AR, TX, NM, MI, MS, LA or GA (but we’re open to other states too, Plus we love Multi State Licensed Attorneys)
You’ve probably already figured out that you’re not built for a traditional firm — and you’re looking for more control, more flexibility, and better cases. You love being a lawyer, but you hate doing admin, intake, updates and all the other things that bog down what you went to school to do…..Practice Law.
We prefer battle-tested litigators with real experience in State AND Federal Court. If you’ve gone up against aggressive defense counsel, argued motions, taken depositions, and led trials — you’re our kind of lawyer.
However… If you don’t have that experience yet, but you want to get it, you’ve got serious grit, sharp instincts, and the drive to learn fast — we still want to hear from you. We’ve taken chances on the right people before — and they’ve thrived.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the attorney of record, you’re involved from day one. Our resolution team handles intake and early negotiation, but you’re always looped in. When the carrier won’t do the right thing, you step up and lead the charge.
Here’s what that looks like:
Oversee assigned cases from intake through resolution
File Suit when it’s time to escalate
Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
Lead mediations, settlement conferences, and occasional court appearances
Collaborate with our paralegal (they draft, you approve, we file)
Coordinate court-appointed umpires when needed in appraisal
Go to trial if necessary
Most of your work? Done virtually. Depositions, mediations, and conferences are typically on Zoom or Google Meet. Court appearances are rare — but when needed, we show up ready.
What’s Already Set Up for You
We don’t just hand you files. We hand you a plug-and-play litigation engine:
✅ A steady pipeline of qualified claims (not leads — real clients)
✅ Our proprietary Conveyor CRM to keep cases moving without chaos
✅ A resolution team that settles 30% of claims pre-lit — and you still get paid
✅ Litigation costs, filing fees, experts, paralegals, accounting — all covered
✅ Monthly client updates handled for you
✅ Check processing, disbursements, and post-settlement admin? Done.
✅ Training & mentorship for attorneys new to this niche
You don’t need to reinvent the wheel. We already built it.
Who Thrives With Us
Whether you run a small firm or work from a laptop and a latte, this model adapts to you. But let’s be clear: this isn’t open enrollment.
We prefer experienced litigators with a background in first-party property claims — attorneys who know how to pressure carriers, dominate depositions, and still be the kind of person clients trust.
But we’ve also taken chances on the right people — even those without direct experience. If your grit, mindset, and energy match ours, we’ll train you and help you succeed. The bar is high — but if you’re built for this, we’ll get you there.
Why you’ll be finishing your career with us
Here’s something we’re proud of — and we think you’ll appreciate the significance: Since our inceptions, every single attorney we’ve partnered with IS STILL WITH US. (Except one — moved out of the country, but you get the point.)
They stay because:
They love the steady stream of quality cases
They value the flexibility and remote lifestyle
They genuinely enjoy working with the team
And yes — the pay doesn’t hurt either
Our clients? Good people. Normal families and small businesses who didn’t want to sue — they just wanted their claim paid.
This isn’t messy litigation. No car wrecks. No slip-n-fall Jimmys, No nasty divorce or custody battles. These are straightforward insurance disputes, and once you master the process, you can build a lean, high-reward litigation practice.
Many of our attorneys came from criminal, PI, or real estate — and now say they’d never go back. Why?
Simplicity. Predictability. Freedom. And long-term income stability.
BONUS: The longer you’re in, the bigger your settlement pipeline grows. Our attorneys regularly track millions in future settlement value. That’s the kind of predictability and financial confidence most lawyers never get — unless they’re named partner at a massive firm.
Let’s Talk
We’re not looking for salary-seekers. We’re looking for big-picture thinkers — independent attorneys who want to build a real book of business, earn serious money, and live life on their terms — without sacrificing the thrill of great litigation.
Every time we expand into a new state, we get flooded with applicants. So here’s the deal:
Sell us on you. Because if you can’t sell us on you, how are you going to sell the insurance company’s defense counsel on why they need to pay your client?
Tell us why this opportunity speaks to you. What makes you different? Why do you want to work with us? What makes you the right fit? We love custom cover letters and not just a resume that was shot off to every job listing on here.
We like unique, untraditional, real people — especially the kind who can throw down in a deposition and still enjoy a good dad joke.
Cut through the noise and stack of resumes. Stand out.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
Application Question(s):
Tell us what states you are licensed in and what state you live in.
Do you have experience practicing in both state and federal court?
Please describe your litigation background in a short paragraph — include the types of cases you’ve handled, your role (e.g., lead vs. support), and any trial, deposition, or motion practice experience.
How many trials have you been involved in your career? What role did you play? Roughly how many in Federal Court Vs State Court?
What draws you to this opportunity and why do you think you’re a good fit for our litigation model? (Be honest. We appreciate direct, thoughtful answers over formal cover letters.)
Do you have experience with First Party Property Damage Claims with Insurance Companies? If so tell us all about it.
How comfortable are you leading litigation independently (with or without support staff behind you)?
Examples: drafting and approving filings, running depositions, handling mediations, or prepping for trial.
Tell us about the Non Lawyer side of you. Family? Hobbies? How would you describe and introduce yourself to us? Tell us something that is UNIQUE to you. (We always love these answers and remember candidates by them.)
