Remote Trial Attorney – Personal Injury
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote, with in-person trials)
Compensation: $70/hr – $80/hr
Start Date: Immediate
About the Opportunity:
We have an immediate opening for a Trial Attorney with a boutique Personal Injury firm based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a fully remote contract position, with trials taking place onsite in LA courts.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead trial attorney for a PI case set for trial on April 30, 2025
Work under the supervision of an experienced attorney
Handle remaining depositions and trial preparation (firm has completed the bulk of the case work)
Execute trial strategy and advocate effectively in court
