Our client, a growing global utilities company, is seeking to hire a Legal Director for their US headquarters in Atlanta. Desired candidates will have 10+ years of legal experience, preferably in the infrastructure or concessions sector with expertise garnered in both a private practice and in-house legal environment. Candidates should have extensive familiarity in project finance, M&A, and asset management in a multinational environment.
The hired attorney will provide legal advice and leadership across the company’s U.S. business lines, with a special focus on claims management, contract administration in execution-phase projects, and ANA Concessions. This role will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and support business development, asset management and dispute resolution.
