This full-time position calls for a strategic legal professional with 5 to 8 years of experience. You’ll engage with Finance, Operations, and Development teams to provide critical legal advice, draft contracts, and ensure compliance in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate contracts across various domains
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and governance issues
• Coordinate real estate legal transactions with external counsel
• Advise on compliance with consumer protection laws
• Manage intellectual property and trademark enforcement
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B. qualification
• 5 to 8 years in business or corporate law
• Expertise in contract negotiation and legal compliance
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Strong autonomy and planning skills
