About the Company – Newly created opportunity with a global professional services business.
This is a really unusual in-house legal opportunity that provides a combination of supporting a growing global business with the myriad dynamics and complexities that can arise, within the framework of a well-known global leader.
About the Role – You will be a key member of a growing multi-jurisdictional legal function, supporting a relatively new and fast-scaling business division.
This is a true generalist in-house counsel position which is likely to include regulatory work, commercial exposure, data privacy and employment, policy-based issues, and Board/governance matters.
Required Skills – Our client wishes to hire a lawyer with circa 7 years’ PQE.
It is essential that either all or a majority of your experience has been gained in private practice with a top tier UK or international law firm.
Ideally, you will have experience in one or more of the practice areas you will encounter in this role, combined with a desire to diversify and take on new areas of work.
Location – Hybrid, central-London-based role requiring 1-2 days per week working in the office.
