As a key member of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support. Compensation:
$18 – $21 hourly
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial client intake interviews over the phone
Review and organize client documents and information for attorneys
Assist in scheduling client appointments and managing attorney calendars
Ensure all client files are accurately maintained and up to date
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their legal process
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
College Degree (preferred)
Legal Experience is a Plus but Not Required
