Rowe Weinstein & Sohn, PLLC is seeking a Pre-Litigation associate attorney with a minimum of two years experience in all aspects of personal injury law. Applicants MUST have a minimum of 2+ years experience.
The successful candidate must be competent to immediately undertake responsibilities for case intake, evaluation, oversee pre-litigation workup of cases, conduct settlement negotiations, oversee disbursement of recoveries and be able to interact effectively with clients. Candidate must be able to autonomously handle a large volume of cases and be able to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, personable, and should be a team player with exceptional communications skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and possess superior organizational skills.

Fluency in Spanish or Korean a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
