Role Description
This is a full-time Immigration Specialist role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Immigration Specialist will be responsible for handling all aspects of the immigration process, including visa applications, documentation, and compliance monitoring. They will work on-site to assist employees with immigration-related matters and ensure adherence to all immigration laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
Experience with visa applications and documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Previous experience in immigration law or related field
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, or related field
Relevant certifications in immigration law (e.g., Certified Immigration Specialist)
