We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Specialist to
join our team
. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of immigration policies and regulations in key regions such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Saudi Arabia, and other Middle Eastern countries. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and facilitating the successful processing of visa applications and work permits.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on immigration processes and policies for the US, UK, Middle Eastern countries (including Saudi Arabia), and other relevant jurisdictions. Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, regulations, and visa categories. Assist individuals with obtaining the necessary documentation for visas, permits, residency, and citizenship applications. Provide guidance on compliance with immigration laws, including work authorization, permanent residency, and citizenship. Handle all aspects of the visa application process, from initial consultation through to successful approval.
Prepare and review documents, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of each jurisdiction. Address and resolve any immigration-related issues or complications that may arise during the application process. Train and mentor junior team members on immigration procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
6-8 years of experience in immigration consulting, legal advisory, or a similar role with a focus on US, UK, Saudi Arabia, and Middle Eastern immigration policies. Strong knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and visa categories for the US, Australia, UK, and the Middle East (including Saudi Arabia). Proven experience in handling complex immigration cases and navigating the intricacies of various countries’ policies.
