A fast-growing Recruitment & Global Mobility firm operating across the GCC, we specialize in end-to-end immigration, visa processing, and talent placement solutions for multinational employers and high-net-worth individuals. Our consultants guide clients through complex regulatory pathways, ensuring seamless cross-border workforce mobility—with a focus on Bahrain, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. We’re scaling our sales team to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in a high-touch, high-impact environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert B2B and HNWI clients seeking immigration, work permit, and residency services in Bahrain and the GCC.
- Conduct discovery calls and consultations to understand client needs, then tailor solutions aligned with local labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal immigration specialists to build proposal packages, timelines, and cost structures for clients.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle—lead to close—via CRM, ensuring accurate tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline health.
- Represent the brand at industry events, networking forums, and client workshops to generate qualified leads.
- Deliver accurate, compliant, and persuasive messaging that reflects local immigration policies and service differentiators.
