Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Paralegal based in Heliopolis. Responsibilities include supporting immigration lawyers in preparing and reviewing legal documents, assisting clients with visa and immigration process requirements, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and maintaining organized case files. The role also involves conducting legal research on immigration issues and staying informed about policy updates relevant to citizenship and residency by investment.
Qualifications
- MUST be graduate from the faculty of law English section
- MUST be living close to Heliopolis area
- Proficiency in Immigration Law and thorough knowledge of relevant legal procedures
- Experience in addressing Immigration Issues and assisting with Visa applications
- Expertise in Legal Document Preparation with attention to accuracy and compliance
- Strong analytical and research skills related to laws and regulations in the immigration domain
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support client needs
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Prior experience in residency/citizenship by investment programs is a plus
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
