Summary
We are seeking a Personal Injury and Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist attorneys in managing personal injury and consumer law cases, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible representation.
Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in preparing and managing personal injury and consumer law cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct client interviews to gather necessary information and documentation.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case.
Support project management efforts related to case timelines and deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.
Experience with file management software
Excellent interviewing skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
