Job Description: Family Law Paralegal – Bilingual
Location: Work from Home – Colorado
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Paralegal who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law and be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in all aspects of family law cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Manage case files and maintain accurate records
Attend court hearings and trials as needed
Translate legal documents and interpret for clients as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software
