Immigration Paralegal EOIR and USCIS Jobs in Spring, TX at Cedillo Law Firm
Cedillo Law Firm is seeking an experienced and highly organized Immigration Paralegal to join our growing legal team. We are looking for someone who can work independently, manage a high-volume caseload, and provide exceptional support to our attorneys and clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of immigration law experience (required).
- Extensive experience with EOIR proceedings.
- Extensive experience preparing and filing USCIS applications and petitions.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain organized case files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file EOIR applications, motions, and supporting documents.
- Prepare USCIS forms, petitions, and adjustment packages.
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document requests.
- Organize evidence and maintain accurate case files.
- Assist attorneys with hearings, filings, and case preparation.
- Ensure compliance with filing deadlines and immigration procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on immigration law experience.
- Experience with EOIR and USCIS cases is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
