We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with experience in all areas of immigration law. Knowledge and experience with immigration waivers is required. Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential, as you will communicate directly with clients in both languages.

Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing a wide variety of immigration cases, including:
- Family-based petitions
- Adjustment of Status
- Naturalization and Citizenship
- Consular Processing
- Removal Defense
- Employment-based immigration matters
- Humanitarian applications
- Immigration waivers
- Other immigration petitions and applications
- Prepare, review, and organize immigration petitions, applications, affidavits, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Interview clients in both English and Spanish to obtain information and documentation necessary for case preparation.
- Interpret for attorneys during client meetings as needed.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally while providing excellent client service.
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates, document requests, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with government agencies, courts, and other organizations regarding immigration matters.
- Maintain organized case files using case management software and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Draft legal correspondence and other case-related documents.
- Perform general administrative and paralegal duties to support the legal team.
- Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of immigration paralegal experience preferred.
- Experience handling a broad range of immigration matters is required.
- Strong knowledge and experience preparing immigration waivers is required.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Excellent client communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience with legal case management software is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent legal drafting, proofreading, and document management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ethical standards.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
