Immigration Paralegal (Full-Time)
Location: Midtown Manhattan
A boutique immigration law firm in Midtown is seeking a full-time paralegal to support attorneys on corporate and family-based immigration matters.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong writing and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with preparing and filing visa petitions and other immigration filings
- Draft detailed case letters and complete immigration forms under attorney supervision
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and required documentation
- Maintain and manage case files accurately
- Prepare client invoices and support general case administration
Requirements:
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Prior immigration law experience is a plus
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience.
