Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in representing clients in family and immigration proceedings.
Help manage cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Prepare legal documents, including waivers, U visas, and VAWA self-petitions.
Conduct legal research and assist in case management.
Facilitate client communications, updating them on case progress.
Stay informed about the latest changes in immigration law and policies.
Qualifications:
Must be a reputable law graduate from Turkey.
Licensed attorney in Turkey.
Experience in U.S. immigration law.
High proficiency in Adobe Suite, G Suite, and other productivity software.
Fluency in both written and verbal English.
Fluency in writing in Turkish.
