We are seeking an experienced U.S. Immigration Paralegal to support a corporate immigration program. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience with employment‑based U.S. immigration, including H‑1B, LCA, PAF, and I‑129 work. This role requires someone who can operate independently, communicate clearly with managers, and manage filings and compliance with accuracy and speed.
Responsibilities:
• Handle day‑to‑day U.S. immigration casework and documentation
• Break down immigration processes (H‑1B, timelines, eligibility, risks) for hiring managers
• Review H‑1B candidate situations and advise on hiring feasibility
• Prepare and maintain Public Access Files (PAFs)
• Support LCA preparation, posting, and compliance
• Draft and organize immigration documentation, including I‑129 components
• Ensure adherence to U.S. immigration regulations and internal policies
• Maintain accurate records and support audits or compliance reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth immigration workflows
• Identify issues proactively and resolve them with minimal oversight
Required Experience:
• Strong background as a U.S. immigration paralegal (law firm or in‑house)
• Hands-on experience with H‑1B, LCAs, PAFs, I‑129, and employment‑based filings
• Experience supporting corporate immigration programs
• Ability to explain immigration requirements to non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to global mobility concepts (basic understanding only)
• Experience in tech, enterprise, or high‑growth corporate environments
