Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Intake Specialist to join our legal team. MUST HAVE phone experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming leads, gather essential information, and qualify them for further legal consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and online inquiries from potential clients.
Collect and document detailed information about each lead’s situation.
Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
Accurately enter and update client information in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or client intake role, preferably in a legal or medical setting.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
