Gudeman & Associates, P.C. is a boutique law firm that provides a range of business and personal legal services. Included in our portfolio of services are commercial litigation, business planning, tax planning, tax resolution, succession planning, and estate planning and business and consumer bankruptcy.
We are seeking a paralegal/legal assistant with a minimum of a paralegal certificate or associate degree and at least two years of experience with litigation support including commercial and probate litigation.
A candidate should be familiar with both district, circuit court and probate court procedures and possess the ability to draft basic pleadings, good communication skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the practice areas described above and be self-starting and self-sufficient, be highly motivated and have the mind-set to aggressively pursue our clients’ interests.
The position is for a full-time paralegal/legal assistant. Computer literacy is a critical requirement.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
