Job Description:
Tools – eDiscovery and legal hold owned by Smarsh, specifically with knowledge on Micro Focus eDiscovery and Legal Hold tools
Expected skill set –
1. Maintain application availability
2. Update website certificates as required
3. Monitor IDOL backups
4. Respond to tickets and requests by users
5. Update legal hold notifications as requested
6. Update workflows in eD as needed
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 – $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Experience:
eDiscovery: 6 years (Required)
Legal Hold: 3 years (Required)
Micro Focus eDiscovery: 2 years (Required)
