O.L.A. Immigration is a remote immigration operations and paralegal support company serving U.S.-based immigration law firms. We specialize in family-based and humanitarian immigration case preparation, providing high-level case management and quality control support to attorneys nationwide.

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager to support internal quality control functions and oversee case flow from intake through filing readiness.

Position Overview

This role is designed for an experienced immigration professional with strong analytical and organizational skills. The Case Manager will review filings, ensure case accuracy and completeness, identify eligibility issues, and maintain operational consistency across multiple firm partnerships.

This is not an entry-level position.

Required Experience

• 2–3 years of hands-on immigration law experience

• Strong experience in family-based immigration (I-130, I-485, I-751, N-400, etc.)

• Experience with humanitarian filings (asylum, VAWA, U visa, SIJS, waivers)

• Solid understanding of USCIS filing procedures and documentation requirements

Preferred (Plus) Experience

• Removal defense exposure

• Employment-based immigration knowledge

• Experience working in a multi-attorney or high-volume practice

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quality control review of immigration filings

• Identify eligibility issues, red flags, and missing documentation

• Oversee case preparation from intake to filing readiness

• Provide structured feedback to legal assistants

• Ensure consistency in formatting, organization, and legal documentation standards

• Maintain internal case tracking and workflow systems

• Support operational efficiency across firm partnerships
