Job Overview
Law firm seeking an experienced and organized Paralegal to join our team and assist with Litigation and Casualty work. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to take on an independent caseload, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Gather and review documents (medical, financial, employment records, etc.)
· Prepare trial materials
· Research records, discovery documents, and databases
· Manage case files, court calendars, and client communication
· Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and support services
· Generate reports and logs as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
· Experience in litigation and casualty law
· Bachelor’s or Associate degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
