Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years experience with a plaintiff firm, managing the day-day operations of the litigation team .
Responsibilities
Oversee our team of paralegals and assist with assigning projects, organizing and prioritizing tasks, caseloads, workflow, and advise on conflict resolution, as needed
Handle own caseloads, to include drafting legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, discovery requests/answers.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Manage and maintain document management systems to ensure all case files are current and accessible.
Ensure legal pleadings are drafted timely and properly and that deadlines are met.
Train and supervise the paralegal team.
Experience
Proven experience as a Paralegal Manager or in a similar role within a plaintiff firm.
Strong attention to details and excellent problem solving skills.
Knowledge of smart advocate a plus.
A bachelors degree.
Proficient in using document management systems and legal research tools.
Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,500.00 per year
