Salary: $130,000 – $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Attorney with extensive experience in EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program cases to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully navigating complex immigration matters and providing outstanding legal representation to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle EB-5 cases, including Regional Center applications, I-526 and I-829 petitions, and investor compliance.
Advise clients on immigration strategies and legal solutions tailored to their individual needs.
Stay current with immigration laws, policies, and EB-5 program updates.
Draft and review immigration petitions, legal briefs, and other relevant documentation.
Represent clients in USCIS interviews, hearings, or other legal proceedings.
Collaborate with the legal team to deliver comprehensive client service.
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal support staff.
Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on EB-5 cases.
Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
