Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Attorney at Darren Silver & Associates, LLP. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling immigration issues, visas, immigration law, and legal issues on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
General Family and Business immigration
Including, EB-1a, EB-2 NIW, EB-5, L-1, E-2
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Min 2 years of experience.
