Role Description
This is a full-time on-site or can be hybrid role for an Immigration Attorney in a boutique smal law firm based in Brooklyn, NY. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in removal proceedings and appeals, managing paralegals and handling various family- and employment-based immigration cases. The attorney will get 30% commission of the payments of new clients brought to the law firm by the attorney.
Qualifications Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Bar admission in New York State 2-3 years of experience in removal defense proceedings #J-18808-Ljbffr
