Responsibilities:
Represent clients in removal proceedings, bond hearings, and other immigration-related court matters.
Prepare and file applications with USCIS, Immigration Court, and consulates.
Provide legal advice and direct representation in cases such as asylum, family-based petitions, humanitarian visas (U, T, VAWA), SIJS, TPS, and waivers.
Collaborate with clients and community organizations to provide trauma-informed and culturally competent representation.
Travel to detention centers when necessary to meet with clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed attorney (Bar admission required) in Maryland or another U.S. jurisdiction.
At least 2 years of immigration law experience (removal defense, asylum, humanitarian visas, or family-based petitions preferred).
Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred but not required).
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting.
Passion for immigrant rights and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Competitive salary ($85,000 – $110,000 per year)
