Responsibilities:
The law and motion attorney is responsible for drafting motions, especially discovery motions, such as motions to compel depositions, responses, and further responses to discovery
Must have 3+ years of previous experience within law and motion
Experience with arguing motions, motions to strike, motions to compel initial responses and further responses, motions to deem RFAs admitted, motions to compel depositions, and motions for attorney’s fees and costs.
