Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, correspondence, and proofread legal documents.
Prepare and organize documents for trial.
Efficiently manage client documents and case files.
Review and analyze records, reports, and case materials.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and office staff.
File pleadings via mail and court e-filing; serve documents on opposing counsel.
Prioritize daily workload, meet deadlines, and respond promptly to urgent immigration and civil matters.
Handle client inquiries, office visits, and case-related communications.
Exhibit strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Connect and communicate clearly with clients in a professional manner.
Work effectively as part of a collaborative legal team.

Compensation & Benefits:
$18.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Two week paid vacation
Paid holidays
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week
8-hour shifts, Monday – Friday
Some weekends and overtime as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
Associate’s degree (Preferred)
Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
Paralegal Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location:
In-person at our Jackson, CA office (Required)
Remote work is not available
