Your new role

As an Identity & Access Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing the full spectrum of user access controls. Your responsibilities will include managing authentication, authorisation, provisioning, and approval workflows to ensure seamless system access for employees. You will be directly involved in developing and maintaining security solutions for identity management and access control while ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will support onboarding and offboarding processes, setting up essential accounts and permissions within Active Directory (AD) groups, Exchange, and other internal applications.

What you’ll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Technical expertise in Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, Azure ID, Organisational Unit (OU) groups, foreign trusts, Exchange, and bespoke applications.

Hands-on experience developing and supporting security solutions for identity and access management.

Strong understanding of information security risk analysis, Identity Access Management methodologies, and access control principles.

Practical experience in user access management, including account provisioning, authentication processes, and workflow approvals.

Awareness of security protocols, including privileged access controls and the four-eyes process.

Experience in financial services is preferred, providing valuable insights into industry-specific security concerns and compliance expectations.

Attention to detail and the ability to maintain audit-ready documentation for random compliance reviews.

Strong collaboration skills, working alongside regional support teams to ensure smooth operations.
