Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing Accident Benefits and Tort files from start to finish
• Draft, review, and prepare essential legal documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files
• Prepare documentation for hearings and settlements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law
• Familiarity with commercial matters is beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
• Law Clerk diploma completion is an asset
