Position: Hybrid Legal Administrative Assistant Role
Support the Investigations Department as a Legal Administrative Assistant in a hybrid work arrangement. This position involves managing confidential documents, case records, and coordination of workflow processes.
The Law Society of Ontario seeks a candidate with at least three years of experience in legal administrative support. You’ll apply your expertise in legal terminology, case management systems, and administrative practices. The role demands excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for case management and documentation

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal records and documents

• Ensure accurate upload and maintenance of case files in systems

• Schedule and coordinate appointments and logistics for meetings

• Respond to inquiries maintaining high customer service standards
Requirements:

• Completion of a 2-year Legal Administration program

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in legal support

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to communicate in French is an asset
