Role Responsibilities
- Design realistic HR scenarios and tasks based on hands-on experience.
- Craft model-facing prompts and author gold-standard responses.
- Review and grade AI-generated outputs for accuracy and alignment with HR standards.
- Identify errors and failure modes in model reasoning on people decisions.
- Provide structured written rationale for evaluating AI outputs.
- Collaborate to refine evaluation rubrics and improve HR domain content quality.
Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in Human Resources or People operations.
- Depth in HR sub-domains such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics.
- Strong command of HR frameworks and employment-law fundamentals.
- Excellent written communication skills for explaining nuanced reasoning.
- Attention to detail and comfort evaluating the quality of work.
- An HR credential (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is preferred.
