Job Summary

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and executing HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies. The role supports employee lifecycle management, HR systems administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR reporting while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily HR operational activities and employee transactions.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR documents.
  • Process employee transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
  • Ensure data accuracy within HR systems.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Monitor probation periods and contract renewals.
  • Manage employee exits, resignations, and End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of all employee lifecycle transactions.

Compliance & Government Platforms

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Support Saudization (Nitaqat) objectives and workforce compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate HR activities related to Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other government platforms.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate HR reports, workforce statistics, and headcount analyses.
  • Support management with HR metrics and operational data.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Employee Relations

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Qualifications

  • Saudi.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel Administration, or a related HR function.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
